I’m a trained software engineer (M.Sc) gone professional coach (ICF ACC) with a background in software development and a broad career journey through both global organisations and local initiatives. Over the years, I’ve worked in everything from tech and education to entrepreneurship, service, and coaching. This diversity has shaped the way I work: structured, present, intuitive, and always focused on what creates genuine value.

What ties it all together is my interest in people. I’ve coached students in self-leadership, helped teams through complex development phases, and supported individuals navigating professional and personal crossroads. Whether in a workshop, a leadership session or a 1:1 coaching conversation, I aim to create a space where people feel seen and able to grow.

Whether you live a highly productive life or embrace a more mellow pace, aligning with your inner values and deeper desires is what truly matters. Our brilliant minds and constant stream of thoughts can take us far — but they can also mislead us. They may convince us that our thoughts are facts, that grit and determination are the only way forward, or that external validation is essential.

I believe the real magic lies in uncovering our core values, the repeating patterns we can’t simply “think” our way out of, and the essence of who we are at the core. Whether in a personal or professional context, understanding your inner matrix brings clarity — and helps you create a path that is genuinely aligned. A path that is both resilient and sustainable in the long term.

Those I’ve worked with often describe me as calm, grounded and trustworthy—with a clear sense of presence. I deliver what’s needed, stay the course when things are challenging, and communicate with honesty. My work is never about quick fixes, but about creating the kind of clarity and movement that lasts.

Today, I run my own coaching and development practice. I work with professionals, leaders and teams who want to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface—so they can take clear steps forward with more ease and alignment.

Methods at my disposal: Mindfulness (MKBT), Self-compassion, Business communication, Change Management, Crisis Handling, Coaching, Constellations and more.

After many years of delivering in fast-paced, high-performing, and constantly evolving organizations, my brain finally said STOP. That moment forced a redirection of my career.

I realized that willpower alone isn’t always the tool that gets us where we truly need to be. So, I stepped away from the world of IT and into the field of personal development — a slower, more reflective path grounded in how I need to lead my life.

Transitioning my interest in systemic family constellations into a career choice eventually lead me to also add a professional coaching training, a certificiation with ICF (International Coaching Federation) and a change manager certification. I highly recommend the following organisations for professional, ethical and high-value coaching:
